Located on Devine Street, My Kim is a great choice if you are looking for something cute to wear out with your friends or to a casual dinner. They provide selections inspired by the latest trends for teenage girls, such as the newest star top or knee-high boots. Hammond students also stated that they love My Kim because once you walk in, the salespeople there provide amazing customer service and make helpful outfit recommendations.

2. Ivy & Leo

Ivy and Leo was founded in 2009 and is named after the owner’s two rescue dogs. Ivy & Leo is known for their preppy cute southern style of clothing. They sell brands such as PIKO which is known for their cute jumpsuits and tops made from bamboo. Ivy & Leo’s clothes are perfect for a lunch date with friends or for that trip to the beach. Ivy & Leo is located in Trenholm Plaza which is also a plus because Trenholm Plaza holds many other cute clothes stores.

    3. Copper Penny

Copper Penny is now located on Devine Street after moving from Five Points. Known for their chic brands like BB Dakota and Michael Stars, students love Copper Penny mostly for their wide selection of tops which can be easily paired with a cute jacket. Since they are located on Devine near My Kim, if you decide to go shopping at either boutique you should definitely check out the other one as well.

4. Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters is not technically a “boutique,” but it’s definitely a popular choice for clothes at Hammond.  Urban Outfitters is known for their hipster and retro style and sells brands such as Champion and Tommy Hilfiger. They sell clothes that are both trendy and comfortable–from a hoodie for school to the perfect shorts for a casual day out. Urban Outfitters is a global brand and has many stores, but the closest one in Columbia is on Gervais Street in the Vista.

5. M Boutique

Hammond students praise M Boutique for their jewelry. They sell tons of cute jewelry like gold marble, fan, and silver metallic hoops or double stranded necklaces. Other than jewelry, M Boutique sells a wide variety of clothing such as tops from Michael Stars or jeans from James Jeans. Their clothing is perfect for a night out in the Vista or just for everyday wear. M Boutique is located in an ideal location, close to Hammond in Cross Hill Market next to Whole Foods.
