What’s in Store for Homecoming 2020
Homecoming will take place on Friday, October 23rd. School has been delayed on this day, so Upper School students don’t need to arrive on campus until 9:30. Upon arrival, they should report to their advisories. Students who are driving should make sure they park at the South Campus, except for those students who have volunteered their cars for Trunk or Treating.
Trunk or Treating, or Trail of Trunks, will consist of cars that have small games or activities, cars with trivia games, or cars with decorations. Upper School students will be broken up into groups and assigned a car to work on for an hour before the Lower School students arrive to play games and answer trivia questions.
Then, starting at noon, an Upper School Fall Fest will take place, featuring food trucks, games, and activities. These will include – but are not limited to – Can Jam, Bucket Ball, a Cake Walk, Limbo, Pumpkin Painting, and a Dunk Tank. These activities will last until 1:45, so take your time, but students should start walking down to the football field at 1:45 for the Homecoming Pep Rally that starts at 2:00. After the Pep Rally, students will be dismissed to go home at 2:30.
